Chair of BCRP - Peter Nixon

As the Chairman of the Bay County Republican Party, Peter Nixon is a patriot, a blue-collar worker, a pastor, and most importantly a family man. He believes that the best way to help his country is by working locally in the pursuit of faith, family & freedom.

After its major Grassroots restructuring, Peter has been working to rebuild Bay County's Republican Party to promote the values and principles of the Republican platform: liberty, economic prosperity, preserving American values and traditions, and restoring the American dream for every citizen of this great nation.

Peter's faith and community are very important to him. He works hard to build bridges between different groups and bring people together around common goals. He believes that everyone has something to contribute, and he has been working hard to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of his community. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing the party’s values and principles in Bay County, and his contributions are greatly appreciated.

Vice Chair - Dennis Banaszak

Dennis has been involved with the Bay County Republican Party for years and stepped up to help out once again and volunteer his time and continued historical knowledge of the party to the "new" kids on the block. Always ready to throw in some humor, Dennis leads our group with engaging speakers and providing a nice introduction and engaging with the audience. 

Secretary of BCRP - Lori Doutre

Lori is a native of Bay City, MI and brings to the Bay County Republican Party a wealth of knowledge in tax accounting and regulatory compliance. 

Lori is retired and married to John and they have a few fur babies to bring enjoyment to their days.
